Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Focido app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.


How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Focido account directly in the app:

  1. Open the Focido app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app, you can contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your Focido account.


What data will be deleted

After your deletion request is completed, we delete the following data associated with your account:

  • account profile information (email, username, avatar, bio);
  • tasks, nudges, and related activity;
  • uploaded photos (Proof of Work);
  • in-app inbox and notification data;
  • analytics and usage data linked to your account (where applicable).

Deletion timeline

  • Your deletion request is processed with a 7-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request by logging back into your account.
  • After the grace period, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

Data that may be retained

After account deletion, we may retain limited data only where required:

  • anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you;
  • legal, financial, and Trust & Safety records where retention is required by law or necessary to protect the Service (up to 7 years, depending on the obligation).

We do not sell your personal data.
